> * Develop community-wide and organizational inventories of energy use,
> energy expenditures and greenhouse gases

> * Model greenhouse gas and energy scenarios for developers, communities, and
> organizations informed by policy, technical, financial and socio-economic

> organizations

> * Contribute technical and policy guidance to low carbon solutions for local
> and senior governments and developers around land use, transportation,
> buildings and infrastructure

> * An understanding of low carbon and renewable energy as it pertains to land
> use planning, transportation, buildings, waste, infrastructure systems

> * Strong quantitative analytical and problem solving skills supported by
> computer applications, and an appreciation of research methodology

> carbon energy and sustainability solutions

> * Knowledge and interest in energy and resource inventories and modeling
