Energy Efficiency Engineers
SBW Consulting, Inc., a national leader in the operation and evaluation of energy efficiency programs, has a number of openings for full-time Energy Efficiency Engineers in their Bellevue, Washington office. Candidates interested in working from California locations will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Identification of efficiency opportunities in commercial/industrial facilities.
- Installation of monitoring equipment, e.g., power, pressure and temperature.
- Analysis of costs and benefits for proposed efficiency projects.
- Inspection, verification and commissioning of efficiency projects.
- Development of client reports and presentations.
Requirements and Relevant Qualifications:
- At least a B.S. degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience with inspection and verification of efficiency projects.
- Experience analyzing complex systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, or compressed air.
- Excellent client management, writing and computer skills.
- Willing to travel up to 25% time.
